Brittany's also the founder of Work Brighter Media, an online resource and community that helps neurodivergent, chronically ill, and otherwise disabled workers burn out less by giving them the mindset, skills, and tools to better balance work, rest, and play.

Regardless of the brand or business, all her work focuses on helping people, especially disabled ones, divest from Hustle Culture and find more sustainable and balanced ways to work.
